The Path to Zero Continues

Way back when, I mentioned that Prologis (PLD) and American International Group (AIG) would share the same destination. Zero. Like AIG, Prologis (PLD) continues to be attracted, like a magnet, to zero.

American Campus Communities

At The Tinker Factory, we view American Campus Communities (ACC) as one of many candidates that will trade to zero. Yesterday, ACC rallied along with the rest of the market. It rallied right to the resistance level I have my eye on.
For more detailed research on this name, see Stripnomics.

Volatility Again Again Again

The world changed from having the determinism of a clock to having the contingency of a pinball machine.
-Heinz Pagels

I am no stranger to predicting wild moves in volatility. Guess what? I’m back. I sold my oil puts today. What did I do with the money? I bought calls on the Ten Year. Below is a monthly chart of the Ten year (ZN) and the $VIX. If you think volatility trades higher, than you are thinking like me.

If you cannot view the ten year futures, you can look at the bond etf (TLT).
