  • If you’re going to short a REIT, then ARE seems a poor choice. Their tenants are universities, hospitals, pharma, gvmnt. Steady customers. Why not choose malls & office buildings instead?

  • All that matters is the numbers and nature’s math….leverage has increased beyond the golden ratio and the common is in decay…gambler’s ruin will set in.
