  • The Fed. thinks is has solved a problem. Short selling provides valuable liquidity for the markets. As stocks swing from over valued to over bought, the truth lies somewhere in between; we need to recognize these inconsistencies. But pent up pressure is building not to mention that we are in a recession. Watch out below when these artificial limits are removed.
